Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.
We provide an online platform where users can learn about and purchase our water bike rentals, city tours, and other products or services offered by Go Easy Vancouver. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or purchase any products or services. Children may participate in our activities only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We do not require or provide user accounts. You may browse our website and make purchases as a guest.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including your name, contact details and payment information. Purchases are processed as one-time payments through our third‑party payment processor at the time of booking. By submitting a purchase request, you represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
All purchases are subject to our cancellation and refund policies, which are provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Go Easy Vancouver and its licensors. This includes but is not limited to our name, logos, visual design, text, graphics, photos, videos, and trademarks. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of Canada and foreign countries. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any of our proprietary material without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions or ideas relating to the Service (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify and otherwise exploit that Feedback without compensation or credit to you. We may implement any Feedback at our sole discretion.
From time to time, we may offer promotions, contests, sweepstakes or other special offers (“Promotions”). These Promotions may be governed by separate rules that will be provided to you when you participate. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide notice via posting the new terms on the Service. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
